We advise and represent developers, vendors and purchasers, landlords and tenants, owners and contractors on a diverse range of real estate disputes and municipal litigation. Our experience includes litigating ownership and access issues (including easements), interpretation and enforcement of agreements (such as agreements of purchase and sale, cost-sharing agreements and joint venture agreements), applications for partition and sale and navigating failed transactions. Our experience extends to acting for clients in construction claims, title insurance disputes and claims against municipalities for negligence in their performance of their duties relating to land development and construction.
