Employment and Labour Law
BE Law has a broad employment practice. We provide advice and counsel to corporations and business owners on employment issues that arise in the workplace including employment contracts, harassment and discrimination claims. We also conduct and act as counsel in workplace investigations on issues including fraud and harassment investigations for private and public companies. We act for employees, employers and executives in wrongful dismissal matters and applications before all levels of court, the Ontario Labour Relations Board and the Human Right Tribunal of Ontario.
