Adrienne Zaya

Adrienne is an experienced litigator dedicated to navigating complex disputes with a strategic edge and client-centric approach. 

Adrienne’s practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation and is complemented by her practice in a variety of areas of law including employment, defamation and human rights matters. She has appeared as lead counsel before all levels of court in Ontario and has appeared before arbitral and administrative tribunals. Her experience includes successfully arguing contractual issues before the Court of Appeal for Ontario and obtaining urgent injunctive relief before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.

Prior to joining the firm, Adrienne practiced at a litigation boutique firm in downtown Toronto where she had a broad-ranging practice. She completed her articles at a leading global law firm where she developed her experience in a broad range of commercial, civil, administrative and regulatory matters.

Adrienne obtained her law degree from the University of Kent, where she received the Best Overall Degree Performance award for her academic achievement. During her time as a law student, she successfully participated in various negotiation competitions, including at the national level, and completed an internship at a renowned law firm in Canterbury, Kent.

Adrienne is an active member of the legal community through her involvement with various pro bono commitments. She also volunteers with the NCA Network to provide mentorship to individuals who studied law internationally and are in the process of qualifying for bar admissions in Canada.
